We all know how well our cars perform both on the street and on the track. One of the key attributes of any Porsche is it's excellent braking system.
Our brake systems need periodic maintenance, just like our engines, suspension, etc. Some of the maintenance items are spelled out in your cars' Maintenance Booklet. My 2001 Boxster Maintenance booklet says to perform a "Visual inspection of the brake pads and brake discs for signs of wear" at every Major Maintenance (every 30k miles).
