This sounds like a good idea for people wanting to create articles but don't want to post them until they're done.
Just a couple of observations of which you're probably aware.
- I can't follow the link in the announcement. I get a message saying I don't have permission to access this part of the website
- I can see the link/topic "Tips on How to Use This Area". Again, when I click on the topic, I get the message that I don't have permission ti access this part of the website.
